Martha's baby boy and his visit to Idaho

Ohhhhhhh what a sweet little boy. I had fun with him while he was here. He wanted to go out to play but it was still a bit cold here in Idaho so I made him a nice blanket and gave him a little red wagon to play with. He still missed the puppy that he played with at Carolyn's so I gave him a little yellow puppy of his own. Now doesn't he look cute and happy. I hated to say goodbye to him but he was eager to get on his way to Washington to visit Audrey.

Audrey's Little Baby Girl

I have just been playing with the most wonderful little Baby Girl.  She has had a great time in Michigan and I have just learned to love this little Sweetheart.  She is so fun to be around and so kind....a lot like Audrey, I think.  This little gal loves purple, so I got a darling little pair of purple PJ's for her and fancyed them up with white lace and gauzy purple ribbon.

 She does look lovely in that color!  I bought a cute purple bed for her and a darling little purple blanket with a big cuddly Giraffe head on it. 

That was when this little one told me she wants to care for all kinds of wild animals...like you would find in a Zoo.  She brought a monkey from Barb's in Georgia and I found the cutest baby elephant for her.  Maybe Sue can find some other animals to add to her collection.

Just as I was packing her up to go visit Aunt Sue in Idaho, along came Miss Piggy from Georgia,

so these two little ones wanted to play and spend some time together and Boy.....did they have fun!

Audrey's little sweetie has her Passport and is ready to travel!

Miss Rat has a Spot of Tea

I loved having Miss Rat visit me here in Washington! She noticed all of my teapots and teacups and really wanted one of her own! She decided that since she was right outside the "City of Roses" (Portland, OR) that she wanted a teapot with a rose on it.

Then she decided that she wanted to have a tea party with her friend Bear. I told her I had a great recipe for a glazed chocolate cake, so we made one of those for her to have at her picnic tea! We added a daisy on top to match her tea blanket.

"Would you care for a cup of tea?" She asks.
It was raining so we decided to have her picnic inside. It was a lot of fun! She didn't want to leave her friend Cat out so when she flips over her tea blanket there is a little girl with a kitty.
I also added a tail to Miss Rat.
Miss Rat is on her way out to California with her baby book, travel tag and picnic set.
She has one more stop before she goes home. She was sad to leave, but is very excited to continue on her adventure!

Froggy and Piggy Play

Today before Miss Piggy was packed away for her trip to Michigan, she had Queen Froggy arrive in Georgia for her tour stop. They begged me to take their photos together, so I got one of them standing, and a couple of them sitting for an oink and a croak :)
Then they were tuckered out and asked to take a short nap together before we went to send off Miss Piggy to her next stop, she is on her way to Michigan

I wanna be a Queeeeeen!

Hippity hopping, croackity croaking this little froggy told me from the beginning she was the queen of the box, then she took over the whole room. I was not fast enough to grab the camera and capture her antics, but let me tell you, she convinced me to make her a wig with a crown, and wings, for a fairy froggy queen.
She looks very pleased with herself doesn't she?

 

I made her a wand but I lost it. I made another one and it disappeared again! I think Froggy was hiding them on purpose, so I decided to make her a wand while she is gone and then send it separate, so she doesn't play any more tricks on me! hehehe

Oink Oink I gotz a piggy blankey

Miss Piggy has been having a good time here in Georgia with me, she got a new piggy blanket and a diaper bag with a few goodies inside. She posed for some photos with her new blanket and you can tell she likes to look at the piggies on it when she is not hamming it up for the camera. She is now already for her next stop on the tour, she has so many goodies , she can't stop smiling

It's been a bit slow

Every once in a while life gets a bit crazy. Even in baby land, things get complicated, travelers get detain... you get the picture ;o)
Well, I have the froggy!She is having a good time in California. When I welcomed her, she told me quite loud that she was a queen. She was the queen of the box! (I guess all that stuff on the Royal Wedding got to her)

So well, I figure she is getting a crown!

Baby Frog Hopped over to the Oregon Coast

Little Miss Frog is leaving to visit Martha in California!

She told me that her mommy loves to collect sand and didn't want to leave without a visit to the coast to gather some treasures for her!
So off she went with her little lilly "pail" on a beautiful sunny day to find some treasures to take home. The tide was with her on her visit to the beach in Seaside, Oregon and she found some very soft sand, a sand dollar, and three little shells. She was so excited she hopped for joy! Her mommy will be so surprised! She wanted me to take some pictures of her there on the beautiful coast, but true to the nature of the area...it started to rain! So, we did the best we could when we got home.

I had so much fun with Baby Froggy! I made her a bonnet, a diaper, and some slipper style booties (to match her tutu). I couldn't send her off without her travel tag, and a baby book. I made her a game of Hopscotch, anda ribbon lilly toy to practice balancing a frog on...she whispered to me that it would help her practice for her own lillipad!...hehe

I really enjoyed having Carolyn's baby frog here in Washington! I hope she has a wonderful trip as she hops her way home!

One Little Two Little Touring babies...

Little Miss Rat arrived here in Washington a couple of days ago, and got to visit with Little Miss Frog who will be leaving soon for California! They had a great time! They know they will only get to visit for a couple of days, but are having a great time and enjoying the sunshine!

Miss Frog found a new game that she loves to play...hopscotch! Miss Rat listened carefully to the rules of how to play, but was worried about the hopping part.

Miss Frog loves Hopscotch, because she loves to hop! She really wanted Miss Rat to have fun and enjoy her visit, so they chose a different game...I spy!

Miss Rat, comes to Idaho

What a darling rat......When she got here, I just didn't know what I could do to make her any cuter. She is just so cute as she is. Carolyn did such a good job on painting her and putting her together. I wanted to find her something to wear,but didn't have anything that looked cute on her. I decided to make her a toy, a little stuffed cat. That was kind of fun...and I had my daughter Amanda Rine, make her a tiny necklace. I really didnt want to do to much because she has to visit two places before she goes home. I couldn't let her leave with out a little tutu to match her necklace. I am sure that someone will want to dress her different but thought she looked cute to travel this way. Thank you so much for visiting Miss Rat. I hope you enjoy your visit with Audrey, in Washington.
