Martha's sweet baby boy is ready for his next stop

He arrived here last week and I gave him a little color using water mixable oils, glossed his nails and lips and gave him a new body, he had some leftover material from his sock so I made it into a hat to keep his head warm until he gets hair, I enjoyed my time with him and he is all ready for his next stop

Audrey's baby is visiting California

Audrey's baby was tired when she got here in California so she took a long nap. She is the cutest baby girl! very happy little thing.

I am so hesitant about hair, and if I add hair now, she won't be able to be painted with heat paints later, and I do not do well with those paints... so I will skip that step and instead gave her a very pretty outfit, didn't sew it but I decorated it with pretty ace and little flowers. It's still a bit chilly so she has long sleeves, but spring is around the corner!

She is almost ready to go visit Barb and continue her tour...

One little piggy went to market

One little piggy stayed home
One little piggy had roast beef (more likely fish or chicken here in the NW)
One little piggy had none
And Sue's little piggy said weeeee all the way to my house!
Sue...What a darling little piglet! She is so cute!!
That big bad wolf better not come blowing at my house ('cause we're pretty used to that here...hehe), and because I'm going to be busy making cute little goodies for my visitor! ;)

My Travel Baby!

Here is my little travel baby! She will be about 6 1/2 inches when she is done. I can't wait to see how she turns out! She will be leaving home tomorrow, and will travel to California to see Martha. She almost thought she was in California today when the sun came out, but then it rained, and she realized...she was still in Washington! Sweet travel dreams little one!

OKOK.......I love the babys.......that frog is soooo cute...........glad hes coming here first........I may loose him.....or something so I dont have to send him on. lol Just kidding Carolyn. Love this little kissy face baby too........and a rat........how adorable. Then there is our fairy that isnt a fairy??? What? And now for my little piggy.......Shipped to Audrey today........all most right on time. lol This is so much fun. Can not wait to see everyones babys. Sue

My First Travel Baby!

I've just finished my first touring baby "parts" to send on her tour of the U.S! She will get to see some beautiful places and meet some wonderful people! I've made three different little bodies, because I haven't decided which one I am going to send! LOL Sometimes I can't tell the personality of the baby until they are painted...which I'm not doing. ;) So I may send one, or I may send all and let the other artists choose! I am waiting to get some better lighting to take more pictures. It was rather wet and rainy here today. All I have are pictures of the clay head in the raw. Her eyes aren't quite the shade of blue the pictures are showing. They are darker, and more subtle. I'll have more pictures later.

Brand new baby!

Hi! We are all excited to be so close to play again with all the babies! A new baby tour is about to start.
I originally wanted to do a fairy, but alas, the clay did not help me one bit and all the steps were backwards. So I changed directions and started to work on a different doll.
Here he is!  A tiny little boy, brand new:

He's going to be around 5 inches I think... his little feet are as big as my pinky fingernail. Very soon he will be traveling to Georgia.

Two Days Until We Start Shipping Our Babies

I'm so excited, we get to ship our new babies to the first artist on the list on Tuesday, March 15th.  My little froggy is all ready to go...if she were put together she would be hopping!!!!  I made her body and did put glass beads in it and some stuffing...the next person will get to make sure it is right and work on her limbs and head.  I think she may need a little blushing and glossing.
